Affiliate Disclosure

What this is

Allorai is a free product. When you click a product in your feed and buy it on the retailer’s website, Allorai may receive a commission from that retailer. That commission is how we keep the product free for you — no subscription, no ads, no data sold.

We want you to know exactly how this works, so here it is in plain English.

How it affects what you see

It doesn’t. Affiliate commissions never influence how products are ranked in your feed.

Your feed is sorted by relevance to your Style Signature and how you’ve engaged with previous recommendations — not by which retailer pays us more. We do not accept payment for placement, ever. No brand can pay to appear higher in your feed, get a featured slot, or skip the line.

The simple rule we follow

If two retailers sell the same dress and one pays a higher commission, the one that better matches your Style Signature is ranked higher. Commission rate is not an input to ranking. It is not a tiebreaker either.

Which networks we work with

We participate in affiliate programs through the following networks, as well as direct relationships with select brands:

  • AWIN
  • Rakuten Advertising
  • Impact

When you click through to a retailer, these networks receive an anonymous click identifier so Allorai can be credited for the referral. They never receive your name, email, or any other personal data. More on this in our Privacy Policy.

Your purchase happens on the retailer's site

When you tap “Shop” on a product, we open the retailer’s website in a new tab. Everything that happens after that — the purchase, payment, shipping, fulfillment, returns, and customer service — happens with that retailer, not with Allorai.

Allorai is not the merchant of record. We don’t take your payment, we don’t ship the product, and we can’t process a return. If something goes wrong with an order, you’ll need to contact the retailer directly. That said, if a retailer consistently disappoints, we want to hear about it — email us at care@allorai.coand we’ll factor it in.

FTC disclosure

This disclosure exists to comply with the Federal Trade Commission’s guidelines on affiliate relationships and endorsements (16 CFR Part 255). We want our relationship with retailers to be transparent so you can make informed decisions about what you buy and from whom.
