Introduction
Allorai is a curated shopping feed for clothing and accessories. We help you find pieces you’ll actually love, without the noise. The product is free to use and ad-free — we earn revenue through affiliate commissions when you click through to a retailer’s website.
Allorai currently operates for users in the United States only. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you have questions about them, reach out at care@allorai.co.
Eligibility
To use Allorai, you must be:
- At least 13 years old
- A resident of the United States
If you’re between 13 and 17, you represent that a parent or legal guardian is aware of your use of Allorai.
We confirm age based on the date of birth you provide during onboarding. If your date of birth indicates you’re under 13, your account creation will not be completed and any data collected up to that point will be discarded.
Your account
One account per person, please. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account.
You can close your account at any time from your settings, or by emailing us at care@allorai.co. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
The service
Allorai provides a curated shopping feed personalized to your style profile. That’s it — we surface products, you decide what to do with them.
We are not a retailer. When you click through to a product, you’re shopping directly with a third-party retailer. Product availability, pricing, fulfillment, shipping, and returns are determined entirely by that retailer, not by us.
Affiliate relationships
Allorai earns a commission when you click through to a retailer and, in some cases, when you make a purchase. This is how we keep the product free.
Commissions never influence how products are ranked in your feed. Ranking is based solely on your style profile and your behavior on Allorai — never on what pays us more.
Acceptable use
By using Allorai, you agree not to:
- Scrape or systematically extract data from your feed or any part of the service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Misrepresent your location, age, or identity to bypass our restrictions
Intellectual property
Allorai’s name, branding, design, and Style Signature methodology are our property. Product data is sourced from third-party retailers via affiliate feeds and remains the property of those retailers.
Disclaimers
Allorai is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do our best to keep your feed accurate and relevant, but we make no warranties about the service.
Once you click through to a retailer’s site, your experience there is between you and that retailer. We’re not responsible for product quality, pricing accuracy, shipping, returns, customer service, or any other aspect of a purchase made on a third-party site.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allorai’s total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Since Allorai is free to use, this cap reflects the absence of any fees paid by you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before they take effect. Continued use of Allorai after that point means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
Allorai is operated by a Delaware-formed LLC. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
